• ただし、口演発表（Award Session）の筆頭著者は、日本循環器学会会員に限りますので、ぜひこの機会にご入会の手続きをお願いいたします。

Award Session

日本循環器学会会員であり、2025年12月31日時点で40歳以下の筆頭著者。

• 選出されなかった場合は、ポスター発表となります。

一般演題の応募者より、Award Sessionの発表者を選定し、当日審査の上、受賞者を決定いたします。
受賞者には副賞を授与いたします。
最優秀賞：20万円／1名
優秀賞：10万円／4名

Poster Award

ポスター発表を行う演題の中から、当日審査を行いPoster Awardを選出いたします。
受賞者には副賞を授与いたします。

抄録の提出について

演題登録システムよりご登録ください。
受理された抄録の演題名、著者氏名、所属機関名、抄録本文は、投稿時のデータがそのまま抄録集に掲載されます。

利益相反（COI）

日本循環器学会の医学系研究の利益相反（Conflict of Interest、COIと略す）に関する共通指針と細則に基づき、発表者全員は、配偶者、一親等の親族、生計を共にする者も含めた当該演題発表に関する「医学系研究に関連する企業、法人組織や営利を目的とした団体」との経済的な関係について、過去3年間におけるCOI状態の有無を申告してください。
また、筆頭著者は共著者も含めたCOI状態について、演題名スライドの次（2枚目）あるいはポスターの最後に開示してください。

以下よりCOI情報提出用紙をダウンロードいただき、演題登録時に日本循環器学会事務局（jcs-bcvr@j-circ.or.jp）へメール添付にて送付してください。

• COI情報は日本語・英語どちらで提出いただいても問題ございません。
• 共著者がいる場合は、共著者シートに共著者のCOI情報を入力してください。

採否

採否および発表日時の最終決定は主催者へ一任いただきます。
採否の結果は、11月上旬に演題登録の際に登録されたE-mailアドレスへ送信いたします。

Qualification

Both members and non-members of the JCS are qualified to submit the abstract.

Only JCS members can register for the Award Session.

Presentation format

We are calling for two types of presentation for the general session: Oral Presentation (Award Session) and Poster Presentations.

Categories

Language

All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English.

Award Session

Presenter must be a member of the Japanese Circulation Society and under 40 years old, as of December 31, 2025.
Presenters for the Award Session will be selected from those who apply for the Award Session. Awardees will be selected during the session and receive supplemental prizes.
The Best Award JPY 200,000 / one person
Excellent Award JPY 100,000 / four people
JCS membership No. is required for the submission.

• If you are not selected for an oral presentation, it will be moved to a poster presentation instead.

Poster Award

The Poster Award will be selected from poster presentations.
The winner will receive a supplemental prize.

Disclosure of COI

In accordance with the common policy and regulations concerning conflict of interest (hereinafter "COI") in medical research and regulations concerning COI Policy in Medical Research, all presenters and co-presenters are required to self-disclose any COI status, including that of their spouse (partner), immediate family (first degree relatives), or those residing in the presenter's household. They must also describe any related commercial entities, foundations, organizations or other groups involved in medical research that aim to derive profit within the preceding three years.
Presenters must disclose their applicable COI status at the beginning of their slide presentation (or on a slide after the title slide and presenter names), or at the end of their poster. Please download and fill in the "COI Self-Disclosure Form" below and sent it to the JCS office by email (jcs-bcvr@j-circ.or.jp) upon submitting your abstract.

If there are co-authors, the COI of the co-authors must also be disclosed.
Please fill out the co-author sheets on the COI Self-Disclosure Form.

Notification of peer-review results

Notifications of acceptance/rejection and presentation styles, as well as the session date and time, will be sent to each registered email address around early November.
